Healthy Oat Slice

This recipe is a slight variation on the good old aussie anzac bikkie, and is a lovely little afternoon treat with a nice cuppa.  It uses honey for sweetness, (feel free to substitute your preference if you cant use honey for allergy or other reasons), alongside wholegrain oats and coconut to add fibre and help lower the GI.
