Service Description

Are you an Empath or Highly Sensitive Person (HSP)? Curious to see if Empath coaching is for you? Not sure if you are an Empath or not? This one-off session is geared towards looking at what kind of Empath you are, where your gifts lie, and looking at what you would like to work towards. In all of our sessions, you can expect a friendly, non-judgemental space to explore your gifts, ask questions and share your experiences, with no pressure or external expectation. If you enjoy this session, there is also an option for a course of sessions where we can go further into tips, tricks and techniques to feel more empowered.
