Service Description
Spiritual Counselling is like talk therapy for the soul, creating a space dedicated to talking about soul and spirit based topics that perhaps you might not feel comfortable sharing in an ordinary therapeutic space. Spiritual Counselling is often deeply tied to grief and bereavement, but is applicable in most areas of our lives. It may be sought out if you are: - moving through periods of change and upheaval - deeper knowledge and insight into WHY things are happening - wanting to talk about spiritual things but do not necessarily feel comfortable in a secular world - curious about finding your own, personal connection to God, Guides, Ancestors and your own Spiritual Support Team - curious about your personal spiritual gifts, path and purpose - struggling with loss or bereavement and feeling drawn to a supportive spiritual connection to spirit - curious about understanding deeper concepts of the human experience for personal enrichment and empowerment These sessions utilise current therapeutic techniques and practices (such as mindfulness, cognitive and solution focused approaches), dream interpretation, archetypal analysis, personal journey, and more, intertwined with astrology and divination for deeper insight if needed, to help find connection, reconnection a more empowered approach to your own spiritual journey.
